📦 How long does my order take to ship?

Because each Lattéah Glow and Lather product is handcrafted in small batches, we take the time to ensure every candle, body scrub, body butter, oil, and soap meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or product restocks, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Lattéah Glow and Lather ships within the United States only. International customers are welcome to place an order and have it shipped to a U.S.-based forwarding address of their choice, which can then send the package to your destination country.

🔄 What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. While all sales are final, we will work with you to ensure your experience with Lattéah Glow and Lather keeps you coming back.
